Congressional Research Service (CRS) Reports

The Congressional Research Service provides detailed reports to Congress.  These reports can be difficult to obtain, as they are created for Congress and not the general public.  Three sources for these reports are: Congress.govCRSReports.com and the University of North Texas Digital Library.  Some of the relevant CRS reports include:
